If you knew me 10 years ago, you’d never have expecting things to turn out this way. I worked as a geophysicist in the oil and gas industry and I loved my job. To say that pregnancy changed me is a massive understatement, it transformed me into a mother and a wife, but it also opened up my eyes to hypnobirthing, hypnotherapy and having the freedom to follow a passion.

I use The Mind Reboot in my hypnobirthing practice and specialise in helping those planning induction and also recovering from birth trauma or post-partum depression/anxiety, as well as supporting parents through Hypnoparenting.
