Mind Reboot Certification

Requirements

In order to fully qualify and receive your certification as an official Mind Reboot Facilitator, you must complete and submit the following:

Answer the 12 questions below.
Send video recordings of 4 Mind Reboot sessions with one of your clients. This can be a paying client or a test subject as long as it is authentic – I will know if it isn’t. These sessions must be one of each of the different stages of the process except stage 1. This is for data protection reasons (I shouldn’t be told any of their personal details), but also I am sure you can all deliver an initial consultation effectively. I want to see that you can deliver the tools safely and effectively from each stage. The videos will only be seen by me and deleted after use.

We are not expecting long essay style answers to the questions below, just make sure that they are answered clearly and concisely.

3. Why do we focus on trauma first, and why don’t we want our clients to talk about traumatic events in any detail?

6. Name the 3 types/causes of anxious states?

7. What are the two main drivers/types of procrastination?

8. What are emotional triggers, and what are the two main tools we can use to reprogram them?

9. What factors can stop a person from regressing back along their time line, and what can you do to help them overcome this?

10. Why do children tend to take everything personally and make things their fault in the imprinting stage of their development (ages 1 to 7)?

11. What is the most common limiting belief and why is it so debilitating?

12. Name 3 techniques that you can use if a person is not able to work visually?
